Ulisses Manha, 49; Native Of Brazil Lived In Norwalk

Ulisses Manha, 49, a Norwalk resident who formerly lived in Stamford, died on Sunday, Dec. 28 at Norwalk Hospital of cancer. Manha was born in Brazil, and came to the United States where he married his wife, Luzia, on Jan. 9, 1988, and then returned to Brazil for seven years.
