In light of recent negativity directed toward law enforcement nationally, The Connecticut Police Chiefs Association has joined the governor and officers nation-wide to declare this Friday, January 9th as National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day Norwalk Chief of Police Thomas Kulhawik says he's seen much more appreciation from the Norwalk community in the past several months. "We're fortunate here in Norwalk," said Kulhawik.
