Freon-Containing Appliance Program The City of Norwalk is pleased to announce the Norwalk Transfer Station, located at 61 Crescent Street, will accept Freon-Containing Appliances, starting on April 1, 2015. Freon-Containing Appliances that will be accepted include: - Refrigerators - Freezers - Air Conditioners - Dehumidifiers The fee to dispose all Freon-containing appliances is $10 per appliance.
