2 women charged with prostitution at massage parlor

Two women have been charged with prostitution at a local massage parlor after a joint investigation by Westport and Norwalk police assisted by Homeland Security officials. Vera Kuvshinova, 27, of Fairlawn, N.J., and Dilyara Ziganshina , 31, of Brooklyn N.Y., were charged after the investigation that began in February when local police received a tip that the spa in the Saugatuck area was "offering sexual conduct for a fee," according to the report.
