John Milliken Adams, 59, Of Norwalk

He attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. He worked as a project manager at MCI and later Verizon Business in various locations in Fairfield County and New York City for nearly 20 years before retiring to Florida. Visiting hours for the public will be held Friday, April 10, from 4-7 p.m. at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk.
