Pedestrian Hit On West Ave. Ramp, Police Seek Suspect

Update 10:45 a.m.: NORWALK, Conn. -- A 55 year-old man was hit by a car that fled the scene on West Avenue at the I-95 southbound ramp Wednesday morning, according to police.
