Glanz was born July 19, 1946, in Norwalk, his family moved to Wilton where he graduated from Wilton High School, Class of 1964 and attended Central Florida College and the University of the Americas in Mexico City, Mexico. He was employed by Union Trust in Trumbull at their operations center for many years and also at Executone Information Systems in Milford.
