A Norwalk man who early this year pleaded guilty to killing his three-month-old baby girl in 2007 was sentenced to seven years in jail at the Stamford courthouse Friday. Rather than face a jury for killing his daughter Haley Smith in July 2007, Justin Smith , 30, of 8 Highland Ave., pleaded guilty in January to first-degree manslaughter and risk of injury to a child.
