After receiving complaints from neighbors, Norwalk and state police officers conducted a checkpoint Wednesday to make sure that trucks traveling through the city were doing so safely. Officers from the Community Policing Unit, the Traffic Unit and the State Police Truck Squad set up in Rowayton and moved to Martin Luther King Drive to stop trucks and perform inspections.
