Three Norwalk teenagers are facing drug charges after they were caught with marijuana while parked on the Old Huckleberry Road causeway in Wilton early Monday, police said. A police officer on patrol spotted a 2005 Volvo S40 parked on the causeway at about 2 a.m. Inside were three teenage men and one 18-year-old woman.
