Bank foundation supports community efforts

With donations including a recent grant from the Union Savings Bank Foundation, volunteers with HomeFront have been able to repair dozens of homes for low-income families in the region. HomeFront, based in Norwalk and providing services throughout Fairfield, New Haven and Westchester counties, is one of 29 organizations that shared in more than $181,000 in grants awarded by the foundation this month.
