The Norwalk office of the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles will be closed Wednesday morning, Dec. 10, in order to train staff for the Drive Only License program, the department has announced. The office, located at 540 Main Ave., will reopen at 1 p.m. Wednesday and remain open until 4 p.m. The Stamford Photo License Center will not be closed at the same time.
