Motorist Robbed at Gunpoint After Being Cut Off

Westport Police today are investigating an armed robbery of a Norwalk motorist Monday night at the intersection of Kings Highway North and Woodside Avenue, police said. The victim, an electrician who had been paid in cash around 6:30 p.m. in Bridgeport for work done at a bodega, said he had been on his way home when "he was cut off by a dark blue or black Volkswagen, possibly a Passat or Jetta, at the intersection on Kings Highway North," said Capt.
