When Norwalk police detectives investigated the Nov. 28, 2012 burglary of Economy Shoe Repair at 6 Butler St., they took samples for later DNA testing at the State Forensic Laboratory in Meriden, according to an article in The Hour . Those results finally came back, the Hour reported Tuesday, with the lab stating records for a woman in the state database matched the DNA found in the store: Heather Kydon, now 31, of 113 Newton Ave. in Woodbridge, who was picked up by Woodbridge police on a third-degree burglary charge.
