A Haitian home health aide was arrested for stealing thousands of dollars from a 73-year-old Greenwich woman and then threatened to have her killed in a car accident by placing a spell on her after the woman reported the thefts to police. Ketty Placide , 22, of Edlie Avenue, Norwalk, was charged Friday with second-degree larceny, threatening, 30 counts of identity theft, 30 counts of criminal impersonation, 26 counts of illegal use of a credit card, 26 counts of receiving goods obtained illegally and four counts of first-degree forgery.
