Priceline Names New CEO for Namesake Travel-Booking Unit

Hennessy has been chief marketing officer of Booking.com since 2011, the group's Amsterdam-based brand. He will take his new position April 1 and report to Darren Huston, the group's president and CEO, the Norwalk, Connecticut-based company said Friday in a statement.
