All three lanes of I-95 southbound were closed in Norwalk for hours Tuesday after a box truck collided with a tractor-trailer, causing a messy fuel spill. Norwalk fire officials said the box truck hit the tractor-trailer as it entered the highway near Exit 15 at about 11 a.m. Tuesday.
