Norwalk's Human Services Council Adds Support Services To Housing Facility

Residents of 40 S. Main St. in Norwalk will receive support services from Continuum of Care Inc., the state Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and the Department of Housing announced. Norwalk-based Human Services Council provides affordable housing to people at 40 S. Main and will work in partnership with Demarco Management and Continuum of Care to ensure that the residents in the building have the opportunity to reach their full potential by having quality and safe housing, job training and placement, and a variety of social services available to them.
