Norwalk Man Charged In January Dispute With Neighbor Involving Ax

A Norwalk man was arrested on a warrant in connection with a fight in January when he walked onto his neighbor's property carrying an ax, police said. Wayne Pelham, 25, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing.
