A Norwalk man was sentenced to 40 months in prison and three years of supervised release for illegally selling firearms on Tuesday, according to U.S. Attorney for Connecticut Deirdre M. Daly. Raul Caban-Martes, 22, and others sold five firearms, ammunition and a bulletproof vest to a convicted felon.
