First Niagara's Bruce Rogers, Regional Director of First Niagara Risk Management in Norwalk, was recently awarded with the Boys & Girls Club of Stamford's "Guardian of the Community" award for more than 25 years of personal service to the organization. Rogers currently sits on the Finance, Development and Board Development committees and has previously served as Board Chair.
