The Senate Majority Leader Bob Duff joined Governor Dannel P. Malloy and Norwalk's legislative delegation to announce that $2 million is coming to Norwalk to help Maritime Aquarium improvements. The funding will be in the form of a state grant and is hoped to be approved on Tuesday, March 17 at the State Bond Commission.
