Two people were charged early Wednesday with a series of narcotics violations at a Hiawatha Lane home after police raided the house following a lengthy joint investigation by Westport and Norwalk officials. After executing warrants to arrest the suspects and search the house, police said they seized seven grams of crack cocaine, 10 bags of heroin, marijuana, a digital scale, packaging material for narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
