Norwalk Police Department patrol, special services, street and traffic officers will soon be equipped with body cameras clipped onto their uniforms to protect themselves and the public in situations where facts may seem uncertain afterward. "As soon as they get a call for service, they'll be required to turn it on and leave it on until the call for service is completed, so basically any police activity," said Norwalk police chief Thomas Kulhawik.
