A former Stamford High School teacher accused of threatening to fail an 18-year-old student if he did not have sex with her appeared in court Monday for the first time since her arrest in mid-July to plead not guilty to her criminal charges. Danielle Watkins , 32, of Fort Point St., Norwalk, had been unable to answer the charges against her until now because she only recently was released from the in-patient treatment she has undergone.
