Three people were arrested on a series of charges Monday night -- and a fourth remained at large -- when a traffic stop on Post Road West triggered a police chase into Norwalk. Police said the incident began about 5:45 p.m. Monday when Officer Kevin Smith stopped a car with four people on Post Road West and, according to the report, found a woman passenger -- later identified as Taylah Lucido, 21, of Shelton -- had illegal drugs in her possession.
