Photo: Westport Police Department Michael Florio , 49, of the Rowayton section of Norwalk, was charged on a warrant Wednesday at Norwalk Superior Court where he was appearing on unrelated charges. He faces charges of second-degree stalking, second-degree harassment and interfering with an emergency call.
