Rubberband, a rock group formed from the recreational music activity group at STAR, Inc., Lighting the Way, will perform at the Norwalk Historic Town Green on East Avenue on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at 5:30 pm. The group, which was created and is led by STAR staff members Nancy Armstrong and Mark Minnock, is comprised of musicians with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
