Darien and Norwalk nonprofit organizations have until Feb. 13 to register for participation in the second annual Fairfield County Giving Day. Set for March 5, Giving Day is a 24-hour period of online donations through www.FCGives.org that aims to raise $1 million for local nonprofits.
