Notice of Public Scoping / Informational Meeting, Walk Bridge Replacement over the Norwalk River The Connecticut Department of Transportation will conduct a Public Scoping/Informational Meeting concerning the Walk Bridge Replacement, which carries the New Haven Line Railroad over the Norwalk River in the city of Norwalk. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., in the Community Room of the Norwalk City Hall, 125 East Avenue, Norwalk, Connecticut.
