A Bridgeport woman who spends an entire year creating her masterpieces has become one of the most successful -- and most prolific -- entrants in the annual lighthouse contest at the Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk. "We used to live in Norwalk and were members of the aquarium," said Cecile Lebo of Bridgeport.
