Norwalk Bakery Draws Customers at Farmers Market

Among the busy booths at the Westport Farmers Market today was Izzi B's, a Norwalk-based allergen-free bakery, where the Zac Zeitlin family of Westport purchased gluten-free cupcakes. Pam Nicholas, founder and owner of Izzi B's said she started the business five years ago in Norwalk, named it after her daughter, and has been present at the Westport Farmers Market for four years, both the winter version at Gilbertie's and the summer venues.
