NEON Receives $108,000 Grant For Heating Fuel Assistance

NORWALK, Conn. More than 260 area families will receive 100 gallons of free heating fuel from the anti-poverty agency Norwalk Economic Opportunity Now under a grant program by Boston-based Citizens Energy Corp.
