Rep. Larry Cafero Hosts 'State Of The State' Forum At NCC

NORWALK, Conn. State Rep. Larry Cafero , who is also the House Republican leader, will hold a "State of the State" forum Monday at Norwalk Community College from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Cafero will discuss the state budget and other issues from the 2013 legislative session.
