Norwalk Police Offer $50,000 Reward In Double Murder

NORWALK, Conn. Anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the murderers of Iroquois Alston and Rickita Smalls could receive a $50,000 reward, the Norwalk Police Department announced Thursday.
