WWII Veteran and former postmaster DePanfilis to lead Memorial Day Parade

For years, Ralph DePanfilis , an 87-year resident of Norwalk and a World War II veteran, has been behind the scenes volunteering his services to the Norwalk Veterans Memorial Committee to assist with the annual Veterans Day ceremony.
