Norwalk Man Pleads Guilty To Impersonating Mobsters To Extort Small Business

A Norwalk man who allegedly extorted money from a small-business by pretending to be members of the mob pleaded guilty on Thursday in federal court, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's office.
