Robin Hood Group Donates $400,000 To Norwalk Charities

NORWALK, Conn. Low-income residents of Norwalk are slated to benefit from a pair of grants from the recent "12-12-12" Hurricane Sandy relief concert and the Robin Hood Foundation.
