Norwalk Firefighters Battle Ridge Street Apartment Blaze

NORWALK, Conn. The tenants of a second-floor apartment in a house on Ridge Street were displaced by a fire Monday evening that ripped through the unit's kitchen and dining room, Norwalk firefighters said.
