Stamp collectors throughout southwestern Connecticut will convene in Norwalk on Saturday, March 2 as the Norwalk Stamp Club honors the 150th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln 's Emancipation Proclamation with a special cache and canellation at its annual Stamp Show at the Norwalk Senior Center , 11 Allen Road.
