Lourdes Rodriguez-Deets, 52, of Norwalk, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny on Jan. 18 at approximately 6:10 p.m. Sorangel Perez-Rivera, 34, of Bridgeport, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Jan. 17 at approximately 6:47 p.m.
