The Norwalk Common Council voted 8 to 5 in favor of the $4.3 million Oak Hills Park Authority Master Plan Tuesday night after a long debate from council members and residents. The plan, approved by the Oak Hills Park authority earlier this year, seeks to construct a 36 bay, 270 yard driving range, Golf Learning Center as well as a Nature Learning and Fitness Center behind the restaurant at Oak Hills Park at 165 Fillow Street.
