Three people were in custody and a fourth was sought Friday evening after suspects in a Stamford shooting fled on I-95 to Norwalk, where they crashed on East Avenue and ran, NBC Connecticut reported. Metro-North cut power to the tracks in Norwalk as police pursued the suspects and one ran onto the tracks, NBC said.
