A special subcommittee of the Westport Planning & Zoning Commission today agreed to forward to Norwalk officials concerns by neighbors and others about a planned high-density housing development on the White Barn Theatre property on the Norwalk-Westport line. Among those who outlined their concerns on the impact the development will have were Patrick Road neighbor Jeffrey Mayer and Matthew Mandell , a member of the Representative Town Meeting.
