Norwalk Man Charged With Fighting Officer During Drug Arrest

A Norwalk man was charged with fighting with a police officer and drug offenses Monday evening after he was spotted with a blunt on a city street, police said. Shakha Moore, 21, was charged with assault on a peace officer, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, sale and possession within distance of a school and interfering with an officer.
