NORWALK Hour Staff Report Norwalk Police on Tuesday arrested the third and final suspect in the robbery of the Fairfield County Savings Bank at 26 Chestnut Hill Road that occurred July 6. Detective David Orr, with the assistance of the New Haven Police Department Major Crimes Unit, located and arrested Matthew DeCredico, age 23, in New Haven at about 5 p.m. on Tuesday. An arrest warrant had been issued for DeCredico charging him with robbery 1st degree, conspiracy to commit robbery 1st degree, and larceny 3rd degree.
